He owns and operates Darbo Design Build, a full-service construction company serving Central Florida with the same no-nonsense, code-first approach that defines everything he does.
Through Darbo Design Build, Ron manages complete renovation and new construction projects — from ground-up builds to full interior remodels. His background means he doesn't just see the plumbing in isolation; he understands the entire structure, how every system connects, and what it takes to do the job right the first time.
Ron is relentlessly dedicated to his work. Every project — whether it's a single faucet repair or a full commercial build — gets his full attention and is held to the same standard: everything to code, no exceptions. He pulls the permits, does the inspections, and doesn't cut corners because his name is on every job.

As a master plumber, Victor brings a level of craftsmanship and technical precision that elevates every project Toro touches. Whether it's a complex re-pipe, a new construction rough-in, or a tricky repair on a Darbo Design Build project, Victor's work is clean, precise, and built to last.
Victor is the eyes and ears on the ground, coordinating with Ron, keeping tabs on job progress, communicating with clients, and making sure every project runs the way it's supposed to. When Ron is managing a complex multi-trade job, Victor is the one holding it all together on site.
